This sweet, gentle boy was living outside in a residential neighborhood. A Good Samaritan was feeding him, but when the crazy winter weather hit, it was time to get him off the streets.
The vet paperwork states that he is 7 months old, but we believe him to be closer to 12-18 months old.
BAXTER is in a foster home with another cat and two small dogs. He is fine with all of them.
He is a wee bit shy, but loves to be petted and follows his foster mom around. He really just wants to be loved and to feel secure. He's perfectly happy to be an indoor cat after fighting to survive outside in his youth.
